The plain-language terms
What counts as an outlet?
A place that takes bookings from guests or bills them directly — a dive centre, spa, watersports or excursions desk, a restaurant taking reservations, a shop raising bills. Reception, reservations, accounts, HR, housekeeping and every back-of-house team are always free and never counted. Staff accounts are unlimited on every plan.
Who can use the per-outlet ladder?
One operation: a single legal entity, one contract, one invoice, one set of administrators — however many properties its outlets sit in. Separately owned businesses each start their own ladder. Whole-resort is priced per property; groups with three or more properties should talk to us.
What happens when we add or close an outlet?
Added outlets are charged pro-rata from the day they go live; closed outlets are credited from the day they stop. Your rate recalculates at the next invoice, never retroactively.
How does the founding rate work?
Thirty days free from the day your first outlet goes live — not from the day you sign, and we do the setup, so the clock never runs while you wait. Stay, and 25% comes off your list price for as long as you remain a customer, surviving added outlets, added properties and every future price rise. First ten customers; we run two pilots at a time and honour the rate for the queue.
How does paying ahead work?
Prepay 12 months and get a 13th free. Prepay 24 months, three months free. Prepay 36 months, five months free. Prepay stacks with the founding rate. Prepaid terms are non-refundable mid-term, but unused months carry over if you return within a year.
Can we leave?
Any time, effective end of the current month. No notice period, no exit fee, no minimum term on monthly billing. On request — including after you leave — we export everything you put in, in a standard readable format.
Will the price change under us?
List prices can change with sixty days’ written notice. A founding rate, once granted, is never raised while you remain a customer. The AI concierge carries an allowance generous enough that normal operation never reaches it — if an outlet consistently exceeds it we talk first, never invoice first.

How long until we are live?
Weeks, not months. We set up your outlets, services, rates and team for you — concierge onboarding, no setup fee, and no IT project on your side.
Does it replace our PMS?
No. Your front office keeps its system. Stavello runs what a PMS was never built for — the outlets — and every bill can carry your POS bill number so Finance reconciles both sides.
What happens when the island connection drops?
The work continues. Requests and edits queue on the device and sync themselves the moment the line returns.
Who owns the data?
You do. Guest data lives in your own tenant, staff see only what their role allows, and if you ever leave we export everything you put in. A signed data-processing agreement is available.

Every record is encrypted in transit and at rest. Card payments run on Stripe’s hosted checkout — full card numbers never touch our servers.

Staff see only what their role needs. Passport and ID scans and dive-medical records sit behind private, time-limited links — never an open shared folder.

Dive-medical forms are collected with explicit consent, used only to keep divers safe, and never used to train AI models.
